Founder & Chairman
Ashok Sharan
Ashok Sharan, Founder and Chairman of Panch Mahabhut Gyan Vigyan Shodh Foundation and Managing Director of Tribal India TV, is a nationally and internationally acclaimed filmmaker, researcher, and social worker dedicated to India's tribal communities. With over 200 documentaries and notable feature films like Ulgulan – Ek Kranti and Gond Janjati Ki Virangana Rani Durgavati, he has brought tribal stories to national attention through platforms like Doordarshan, Zee TV, and Mahua TV. Honored with prestigious awards including the Jharkhand Ratna (2009) and a special film award from the Ministry of Culture, his contributions span decades. He has served on the Central Board of Film Certification, juried the National Film Awards, and is the National Secretary of the Art and Culture Trust of India. A lifelong advocate for tribal upliftment, he continues to live and work among tribal communities, believing them to be the true custodians of India's cultural and ecological heritage.

Rajeev Kumar DK
Rajeev Kumar, an alumnus of XLRI and a seasoned CXO, brings over 24 years of leadership experience in strategic growth, governance, and sustainability. As the Co-founder and Executive Director of the Panch Mahabhut Gyan Vigyan Shodh Foundation (PMGVS Foundation), he applies his deep expertise in ESG, corporate governance, and market development to spearhead impactful, future-forward initiatives.

Currently serving as a Board Advisor to MECTEC Vertical Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Rajeev is also a Certified Independent Director and a recognized BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting) Specialist. Backed by a strong corporate and political network, he is dedicated to fostering sustainable and socially responsible models that align industry practices with long-term community development and climate goals.

Abhay Bedia
Abhay Bedia is a seasoned media professional with over a decade of experience in journalism, editing, and production. His creative expertise spans both regional and national television, including his role as Executive Producer for the acclaimed series “Laut Ke Aaye Mere Meet” on Doordarshan Kisan and National. Abhay has also contributed to government projects such as the film “Gond Janjati Ki Virangana Rani Durgavati” for the Ministry of Culture. Recognized for his excellence with multiple accolades from Zee Media, he brings a sharp creative vision and strong technical skills to the trust. Currently serving as Technical Head at Neon Films, Abhay continues to drive impactful storytelling and content innovation in the media space.
